Growing....

When we were younger we wanted to get bigger to reach the pedal stools of our bicycles ,we are eager to read, be old enough to have freedom and the list goes on but we forget that as we grow older ;things in our lives start to grow apart which makes us change, sometimes good or bad or in fact indifferent its the cycle of life. We close chapters in our lives with people or situations and often feel sad, angry, hurt , happy or frustrated but later we find out that we needed to grow to see that inner seed within us bloom into a beautiful person. I leave it up to God to guide me . In hale and exhale and  I say thank you for the person I am and the person I want to improve to become. Sometimes being a friend means mastering the art of timing. There is a time for silence. A time to let go and allow people to hurl themselves into their own destiny. And a time to prepare to pick up the pieces when it's all over. (-Gloria Naylor)

Look into the mirror and say today and everyday I will  "Free myself from myself". Letting go and letting god is easier said then done by all means but really trying to unveil everyday the person we really want to be either with change or improvement . We owe it to ourselves everyday we look in the mirror. Everyday we get annoyed or frustrated by someone elses energy we give in and at the end of the day nothing was resolved. The thoughts that wrestle conversations with your heart are usually never ending battle that begins to formulate the stress we all carry . The heavy luggage that invisible to others but we can feel the draining. So today tomorrow and the next day lets  "Free ourselves from ourselves"

Dancing Flowers...

Yesterday was an eye opener for me I had the opportunity to spend time with an amazing couple that justified the definition of "dancing flowers" . They have been together 7 years and the way they are around each other makes you feel they are a newly couple , Yes of course the small bickering and undisclosed arguments but hey who doesn't have a rocky road ice cream scoop in there relationship but asking them questions and feeling there energy as I sat down to them both seeing and hearing the affection the true essence of the " dancing flowers". It is possible to have that in your life but the million dollar question is where is that flower ? That flower that will keep dancing forever even when the music stops. Well its obvious that this dancing flower blesses people who really want it and in my experience yesterday ; this is just a small peek of what life is all about. If you can can experience this dancing flower full of bright energy as it blooms then you will feel such a sun ray of hope and emotion because the reality is the flowers are all ways  there but will they always be dancing ?

Life is so much more and taking the views in of Paramin make you feel closer to the energy of mother earth of what is supposed to be fulfilled in your life and what is supposed to help you stay on the path for happiness. So the music will begin and the dancing flowers will still be in motion even when it stops...

Today I ask myself and you can too . Do I take my life as precious as a rose , my heart , my time, my energy ?  We are the only ones in our body that are in control in what we do and how we do it . Today I look upon the sky and I will filter that good energy and make every move I make benefit me and me only , Precious as a rose ..

Its the first day of summer ! So as I wake up this morning I thank God for giving me another day and  just look out beyond and ask whats next ? whats really out there in life for me ? only one way to find out and thats taking the courage and stepping out to face it all no matter what comes my way .. Its life right ? it is what it is....
